The lawsuit comes soon after Lawyers for Civil Rights filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of the unlawful immigrants flown to Martha’s Winery.

The lawsuit alleges that DeSantis “created and executed a premeditated, fraudulent, and unlawful plan centered on exploiting this vulnerability for the sole intent of advancing their very own individual, money and political passions.”

Gov. DeSantis’ spokesperson Taryn Fenske explained the class motion lawsuit as “political theater.”
