Philadelphia woman grazed by stray bullet to head as dozens of shots ring out around Temple College

An 8-calendar year-aged Philadelphia girl was grazed by a bullet to the head Thursday night after shots rang out around Temple University in the course of a generate-by taking pictures. 

Officers from the Temple Law enforcement Section and Philadelphia Police Department responded to the 1500 block of North 13th Road just just before 9 p.m. for reports of shots fired, Fox Philadelphia documented.

Shooters ambushed a further vehicle that was driving by and fired at minimum 50 photographs. Just one human being inside the auto was strike in the leg and taken to a healthcare facility.

No arrests have been manufactured and authorities have not identified any suspects. The grandmother of the lady, who was not discovered, informed the news outlet that her granddaughter was wonderful.
