A Los Angeles tavern owner slammed the city council Thursday for overlooking the crime crisis following a stunning video clip showed a homeless guy throwing a bag of feces at him outdoors his restaurant. 

Proprietor of Blue Puppy Beer Tavern Paul Scrivano joined “Fox & Mates Very first” to discuss the incident and why he feels helpless just after trying to find guidance from the city.

Scrivano sent the online video of the feces attack to the Los Angeles Town Council to increase awareness on the disaster, and they responded by requesting that he not ship “unsolicited” and “inappropriate” content.
